IMPACT Wrestling star Ethan Page recently spoke with Wrestlezone’s Kevin Kellam ahead of Sunday’s Homecoming pay-per-view.
“All Ego” talked about the social media buzz surrounding his desire to challenge wrestle Green Power Ranger Jason David Frank and more. Check out a few highlights, and the full audio interview below:
Ethan talks about calling out Jason David Frank and challenging him to a wrestling match:
I don’t think [the match happening] is impossible. He announced that he’s having a match in Laredo, Texas, and it got a little bit of buzz, and I was like, “People should be talking more about this. This is my childhood hero wrestling, this is so cool.” So, I was like screw it, I’m gonna use my social media power to bring [attention] to him wrestling and challenge him to a match. I designed my own poster, and it blew up online. I’m hoping it gets back to him and I have a few people on the inside reaching out to see if he’s actually hitting the independents.
Ethan books the storyline for his feud with Frank if it comes to fruition:
If this is independent wrestling then there is no budget for Zords, so let’s axe that. If I had a plan, it would be to take control of him with the Green Candle and have him join forces with me for a tag match. If I’m writing this all out, this is like a six match thing where I become best friends with Jason David Frank over the process. I’ll incorporate the Candle somehow or if he can find a way to transfer his Gold Shield from him to me. There are so many different possibilities.

Page also talks about possibly working with Jordynne Grace in IMPACT, who he recently faced off with at Black Label Pro:
Anytime that they want, I’m all for it. She’s a great talent and we’ve had two stellar matches. If Black Label Pro or any promotion wants to do it, wrestling her is like a night off for me minus getting bear hugged and punched.
