Vince McMahon Slaps AJ Styles, Unleashes The ‘Real AJ’

SmackDown Live ended with an incredibly interesting segment. Vince McMahon brought AJ Styles to his office, and asked who he was. Styles was understandably miffed by the question, and began listing his accomplishments inside the ring and said that he built SmackDown Live. McMahon then asked, “Why aren’t you competing tonight then?”

McMahon went on to state that he wants to see the “real AJ Styles,” and that he knows that they are more alike than Styles would want to admit. He wants to see the Styles unleash his darker side, and become a beast in the locker room. This culminated in McMahon slapping Styles, only for AJ to knock him down with a punch right afterwards. Rather than being angry, it appears that McMahon got exactly what he wanted out of the former WWE Champion.
