Fenix Speaks On Learning English Through Watching Movies
Rey Fenix was interviewed by Justin Barrasso of Sports Illustrated following his match with Kenny Omega at Northeast Wrestling’s Redemption show. He talked about being grateful working in the United States and following the trail set by his inspiration, Rey Mysterio. During the interview, he revealed that he proceeded to learn English through the use of watching American movies:
“When I started with Lucha Underground, I knew I needed to learn English. I’ve learned a lot from watching TV shows and movies, like A Beautiful Life and The Pursuit of Happyness with Will Smith.”
