German independent promotion wXw will be participating in WWNLive’s More Than Mania extravaganza and today they announced the first crop of wrestlers joining the fray.
Promotion mainstays Bobby Gunns, Ilja Dragunov, and wXw Unified World Wrestling Champion Absolute Andy are the first wrestlers revealed on wXw’s Twitter to arrive in NYC on April 4th. Inconspicuous by his early absence here is WALTER, who is a trainer at the promotion and one of the perennial names in the independent scene. Last week, it was reported that WWE was interested in launching another NXT brand similar to that of the United Kingdom. The working relationship between the two companies are already noticeable and this could be another step in a potential Germany NXT growing.
