Backstage, Kurt Angle is with Bobby Roode and Chad Gable. Angle has on vacation wear. Gable tells Angle that he looks glorious. Angle dances with No Way Jose. Baron Corbin walks in and tells Angle that he has a match tonight. Angle is going to face the Authors of Pain in a handicap match.
World Cup Qualifier Match: Dean Ambrose vs Dolph Ziggler
Ambrose tries a few pinning combinations. Ziggler won’t stay down. Ziggler catches Ambrose with an elbow. Ziggler puts Ambrose in a sleeper. Ambrose sends Ziggler to the outside. Ambrose sends Ziggler into the barricade. Ambrose climbs up top. Ziggler hops up to the top turnbuckle and hits an avalanche facebuster. After the break, Ambrose slingshot suplexes Ziggler. Ambrose counters Ziggler’s DDT attempt into the cloverleaf.
Ziggler gets to the ropes to break the hold. Ziggler misses a corner splash. Ambrose chicken wing bombs Ziggler for a near fall. Ambrose goes back to the top rope. Ziggler crotches Ambrose on the top rope. Ambrose Ambrose gourd busters Ziggler off the top. McIntyre runs down to the ring. Rollins makes the save. Ambrose pushes Rollins as Rollins tries to help him up. Ambrose walks right into a Superkick from Ziggler. Ambrose is done.
Winner- Dolph Ziggler
After the match, Rollins gets in the ring and stands over Ambrose. Ambrose pushes Rollins out of the way and walks up the ramp. Rollins power walks up the ramp and pushes Ambrose. Rollins wants to know what Ambrose’s problem is. Reigns comes out and separates Rollins and Ambrose. Corbin comes out and books the Shield vs the Dogs of War for later tonight.
