In a dream feud, The Shield took on The Wyatt family a month before WrestleMania 30. Many fans wondered why it wasn’t the program for WrestleMania, but it was primarily because the plans were for Bray Wyatt to face John Cena at the grandest stage of them all.
The feud had an interesting dynamic as it was one of the few times fans got to see a heel vs heel rivalry. Regardless, they ate it up and loved every bit of it. During the match, the crowd was split completely in the middle, with half chanting for The Shield and half chanting for The Wyatts.
Unsurprisingly, the two teams proved to have outstanding chemistry together and put on an instant classic, stealing the show in a big way. It’s a feud that many fans felt WWE could have gotten more out of. It’s just going to be something that could have been.
