Who can ever forget the all-time great match between Randy Savage and Ricky Steamboat? Their feud leading up to their iconic WrestleMania III bout saw an interesting dynamic between him and Steamboat, involving Miss Elizabeth and George “The Animal” Steele. Their rivalry was a bitter one that lasted for a good six months before culminating at the grandest stage of them all.
Unlike many other matches that were called on the fly, this one was heavily planned and choreographed, step-by-step. It went to the extent that Savage even sent a fax to Steamboat over how their match was going to go about. Now that’s some meticulous attention to detail!
