Styles has been a top star everywhere he’s gone and won a world title in almost all promotions he’s been in but one. Despite being “Mr TNA” for over a decade, what many people seemed to have overlooked is that Styles has had tremendous success on the tag team front as well.
Between ROH and TNA, Styles is a seven-time tag team champion. He won the NWA World Tag Team Championship four times, once with Jerry Lynn, once with Abyss and twice with best friend Christopher Daniels.
Even when the TNA World Tag Team Championships were introduced, Styles won it two times, with Tomko and Kurt Angle respectively. Even in ROH, Styles and Amazing Red were the second Tag team champions, reigning at 175 days.
These accomplishments, particularly in TNA helped him become a Triple Crown Champion four times and a grand slam champion too.
