#1.) Dusty Rhodes
The reality is that Dusty Rhodes was never much of a”WWF guy” to begin with. He made his name in the NWA Territories and Jim Crockett Promotions. When he came to WWF, he famously was made to wear the polka dot outfit which he pulled off better than anybody had expected. Those polka dots became iconic in themselves and since his tenure lasted all but two years in WWF, he never really won a title or got the opportunity to reach the heights that he did in prior promotions. He’s still a revered legend.
