#1. The New Day vs The Usos – July 2017

On Independence Day in 2017, WWE decided to host a rap battle between the two hottest tag teams in WWE – The New Day and The Usos. This was in the beginning of their rivalry and it would lead to a series of absolutely incredible matches – one that helped shape the current tag team division and established both teams as the flag bearers and the gold standard of the division.

This rap battle was hosted by Wale and it was filled with juicy jabs and burns. The most unforgettable line, however, is when The Usos took a shot saying “Hey Big E, let’s just keep it PG. You know what’s good – Just don’t get all Rated-R like your boy Xavier Woods“.

We all know what that line is a reference to, so let’s keep it at that. But the set-up as a whole and the fire they both spat made it a memorable rap battle.
