#2.) Bret Hart vs The British Bulldog – 1992

SummerSlam 1992 went overseas to the United Kingdom, where Bret “The Hitman” Hart defended the Intercontinental Championship against home country hero The British Bulldog. In an outstanding main event, the brothers-in-law would go at it, getting the better of each other in every possible opportunity.

It felt as though it was a genuine chess match and it was one that Davey Boy Smith one after using Hart’s signature pin-down. When the three-count was done, the entire 80,000+ crowd in Wembley erupted as Bulldog won the Intercontinental Championship. There was nothing but respect between the two competitors after the match.
