#3.) Kurt Angle vs Kazarian – Slammiversary VIII

The crowd was absolutely behind Kurt Angle on this one and for good reason. He was simply that good. In a surprising decision, TNA decided to have Angle vs Kaz open the show and as it turned out, it was absolutely the right call to make. Angle was tearing the house down but Kaz really proved that he could hang with the best.

In a relative back-and-forth match, Kaz showed a lot of heart after taking a lot of punishment. He was very effective with his counters but not effective enough, as Kurt Angle made him tap.
