
#2.) The quality of the product keeps fluctuating
Though John Cena’s run on top undoubtedly had its share of downs, there was still a large sense of consistency when it came to the product. One of the biggest things that prevent WWE from making another megastar is the fact that the overall quality of the product keeps fluctuating. You may have one month where every episode of RAW and SmackDown is great and even the monthly PPV is great. But the month following that, or even two months for that matter may see a rather stale product.
Due to the fluctuation in quality, it’s hard for fans to get invested in one major star.
