#1.) John Cena
Love him or hate him, you simply can’t deny him. During the Ruthless Aggression Era, there was nobody who worked harder than John Cena, and he would end up winning his first world title at WrestleMania 21. From there on, there was no looking back, as he would later be drafted to RAW and begin his run as the franchise player of WWE, a role that he would hold for a full decade.
It was something that had never been done before, and despite his “polarizing” status, there was no superstar more important to this period of time than John Cena.
