Chris Jericho and Goldberg had real-life heat dating back to their WCW days, and though they didn’t cross paths in WCW, they did get into a real-life locker room altercation in WWE. However, on-screen, they did finally manage to cross paths when Goldberg joined WWE in 2003, and it turned out to be one of his best matches of that run.
Jericho tried to methodically work around Goldberg’s weaknesses but was unable to do so. He made Goldberg look like an absolute beast, doing a great job of putting him over.
