After the Montreal Screwjob, fans wondered how Vince McMahon and Bret Hart could possibly mend their relationship. However, it didn’t take as long as people had thought and come 2006, Bret Hart was the headline inductee into the WWE Hall of Fame, getting inducted on WrestleMania 22 weekend.

Obviously, Hart’s resumé speaks for itself, and he got inducted at the right time and place. Now, he gets the second opportunity to get inducted again, this time alongside the late great Jim “The Anvil”  Neidhart. It’s a shame that The New Hart Foundation couldn’t get inducted, but there are multiple reasons for that.

Either way, it’s somewhat tragic that Hart remains the only surviving member of that faction.
