Bret Hart was one of the pioneers of “technical” wrestling in North America. He probably adapted this from both his family and his time in Japan. The Japanese were undoubtedly ahead of Americans when it came to technical wrestling, and Hart would help bring and revolutionize the style of wrestling in WWF and North America.
His style was technical and psychology-based and it was a far superior style to what most wrestlers had during his time. He’s a true revolutionary in the ring.
