The story of the Royal Rumble 2010 was incredible. Edge made a shocking return from injury after six months and tore the house down, instantly turning babyface. Shawn Michaels, on the other hand, was desperate to win as he badly wanted to face The Undertaker at WrestleMania 26 and get revenge for the prior year’s loss.
It wasn’t long, but it was dramatic and intense, with Batista taking Michaels’ dream away from him. Edge was the one who stood tall, winning the Rumble for the first time in his storied career.
