#3.) Daniel Bryan

It all started off with the shocking announcement that Daniel Bryan had been cleared for in-ring competition. It set the wrestling world abuzz with excitement, and the greatest comeback story in WWE history was about to begin. He made his triumphant return at WrestleMania 34, the same place where he main evented and won four years prior.

It couldn’t have worked out better, but Bryan knew that the honeymoon phase would soon end and it would be back to business as usual. He had a relatively slow start but things began to pick up and eventually, he found himself in the WWE Championship picture.  It was on his second attempt against AJ Styles that saw a big change in his career.

For the first time in over six years, he turned heel, winning the WWE Championship in the process. He now goes by the name “The New” Daniel Bryan. It’s been a change that’s hard to digest, but a welcome one given the surprise element.
