#1.) Tommaso Ciampa
When talking about taking it to another level, no one in NXT has done it better than Ciampa. He returned from injury as the most hated babyface in all of WWE, to such an extent that his entrance music was a chorus of boos. He’s given us many unforgettable moments this year alone and it’s crazy to think that the man who was not even contracted with WWE over two years ago is now the NXT Champion.
His rise to the top has been a marvellous story and it was completely organic. Ciampa’s 2018 run as been gold.
