#4.) DDP had a role in getting Hall re-hired by WCW
It helped Hall and Kevin Nash that they were good friends with DDP during their first stint with WCW. While Eric Bischoff originally didn’t have much interest in The Outsiders, it was DDP who was relentless in trying to get Bischoff to sign them. While DDP claims he wasn’t aware that the deal actually went through (which was likely just him keeping kayfabe intact), he claims he had a large role to play in their WCW hiring.
If so, Bischoff certainly has DDP to thank as their hiring would change the course of wrestling forever.
