#2.) Spearing Mick Foley through a burning table
After losing the WWE title back to John Cena, Edge also lost the rematch with Mick Foley as special guest referee. Blaming Foley for the loss, he would then begin a feud with the Hardcore legend which culminated at WrestleMania 22 in a hardcore match.
The two had the best match of the night, bar none. The match saw a lot of blood and brutality, with both competitors taking and dishing out major punishment for each other. It was a big litmus test for Edge and he passed with flying colors. He won the match after spearing Mick Foley through a flaming table in one of the most iconic spots in WrestleMania history.
Foley proved that he could still hang with the best and Edge proved that he could steal the show.
