Dollhouse About To Split
Maria comes out and wants The Dollhouse to split up and become their own women. She talks about how she could fight Gail and nothing would change. She tells her that she is giving her shot to the winner of a Triple threat Match involving all three of the Dollhouse members. The match begins with Rebel hitting a double clothesline and then a flying crossbody. Rebel drops Bell with a back breaker and then a kick to Jade. It looks like Rebel is rolling, but Marti Bell connects with a Russian Leg Sweep. Jade with a running boot to Rebel in the corner and then a Gut Wrench Suplex for a close count. Marti Bell connects with the Tower of Doom and Rebel rolls Bell up for a two count. Jade knocks out Bell and then connects with a STO on Rebel to pick up the victory.
Very solid action from three young and developed women in the ring. Impact Wrestling used to be heads and shoulders above WWE in women’s wrestling, but that has changed. Tonight showed that TNA still has some great talent. All 3 women bring something different and a unique style. I liked how Rebel was spotlighted early and often, viewing her as the best right now out of the three. Should she have won? I can make a case for all of them, but I do think Jade deserves her shot at a title. She has shown to adapt to whoever leads the group, focuses on her overall character and does the little things right. Her instincts and timing are also going to mesh well with Gail Kim. Also, Maria gets “it.” You can just tell how much confidence and ego she possesses, which is refreshing to see.
