John Cena and Kevin Owens
John Cena comes out and talks about beating Kevin Owens, calling him a great wrestler and a horrible person. He says that he will fight Owens again because that is what champions do. Kevin Owens comes out and says he could care less what people think of him. They go back and forth, with Owens speaking in French, Cena yelling back that he will kick Owens’ ass at Battleground.
With how good this feud has been, there is not a need for a weekly basis of action and physicality. Sometimes, you just need to give the fans a taste of the intensity.
Leave them wanting more and I think everyone wants more after tonight. A third match will take place in a few weeks and this was a really good week for both men to take a break and sell a story through the mic.
Who Do You Cheer For?
Bellas are with Alicia Fox, while Naomi and Tamina are tagging tonight. Who is the face? Who is the heel? Why was this match put together like this? If the sole purpose was for the fans to be confused, then it was executed to perfection. I do not get why Paige was not involved, even on commentary. This storyline needs to be focused around her and then whatever Diva comes up to help her. Wooooo.
