Isenberg Reacts: WWE Raw “RKO All Over Albany”

John Cena vs. Kane

wwe rawJohn Cena’s open challenge gets answered by Kane. Kane comes out and takes control early in the match. Kane chops him down and stops Cena from hitting a 5 Knuckle Shuffle.

John Cena comes back with a side suplex and Kane reverses another move with a chokeslam. He hits it and gets a two count. As he looks to finish off Cena, John Cena is able to fight back and hit an AA for the win.

The definition of every single John Cena match vs. Kane. A few spots and nothing creative. I liked seeing Cena face guys like Ambrose and Stardust because it was fresh. This was about as fresh as a month old trout.

The Miz vs. Damien Mizdow

The Miz starts early and Mizdow is able to hit a neckbreaker/backbreaker combination. He gets a two count and Miz kicks out. He tries to hit Skull Crushing Finale, but Miz hits him in the face. Summer Rae rakes Damien Mizdow in the eyes and The Miz picks up the win.

Damien Sandow needs Summer Rae MUCH MORE than The Miz does. If we all didn’t know that Miz was married to Maryse, I would love this. Randy Orton hits another RKO, which makes it 4 for the night. This sums up a feud that was dragged on way too long, unfortunately. What is next for Damien Sandow? I really have no idea.

Currently, Josh Isenberg works for Major League Baseball in their Advanced Media Productions. He grew up in Pittsburgh and went to Point Park University, which is where Chair Shot Reality is filmed each week.
His life outside of his obsession with wrestling include being a savant for Seinfeld, NFL, NBA, MLB and many television shows. He also has an undying love for musicals, which includes many shows he was a part of in high school. Some of his favorite wrestling moments can be linked to such superstars as Edge, The Rock, Bret Hart, Shawn Michaels and The Great Khali.
