Title This: WWE Smackdown Reaction “The Authority Stands Tall”

Bray Wyatt and Deam Ambrose Stuck in Repeat

Dean Ambrose comes out and tells a story about how he learned how to defend himself as a child, and he still knows how to fight, so he’ll shut Bray Wyatt up. Ambrose says he will beat Bray bad enough that he will shut up and run back home, and Bray was right about few things but it’s in the past. He says he had issues as a child with his family, but now he’s a man and he’s going to put Bray down at Survivor Series.

Bray cuts in on the Titantron, inside of a jail cell, and he asks Ambrose if this is how he remembers his father. Bray says he’s not unlike his father, and he [Bray] and Ambrose could have been the same, but Ambrose changed all of that. He says now he’s going to leave him laid out, and in here, it never ends for Ambrose, and he continues to laugh as the feed cuts out.

My DVR feed skipped a little bit here, but I was able to go back online and check out the highlights of this segment. The first thing I have noticed is that I really do think that Bray Wyatt and Dean Ambrose will continue their feud and this will not be a one off. They need to, right? My biggest issue is that neither guy has had a defining win in their single’s careers…yet.

WWE places two of their most intriguing and unique young characters together and for what reason? Who benefits more with a win? I think neither do and this match could be a DQ finish to save it for another month. At TLC, I can easily see them in a Tables Match, which would continue to protect the one who loses from really being “pinned.” I really enjoy WWE trying to get the most out of a few weeks, but it has been rushed. The personal touch with Ambrose’s family was smart, but there needs to be some payback on Ambrose’s side with Bray. Counter Bray’s mentality with Ambrose’s.
