John Laurinaitis & Booker T were the worst in SD history. Johnny Ace had his entertaining moments with the likes of Punk in 2011 but he was never much of an authority figure to begin with, let alone when he was put in a poorly written feud with Teddy Long on SD. Booker T ever worse though. It was just his annoying, irrelevant, nonsensical commentary but with it masked as him trying to have some shred of power. It was just laughable honestly & his countless segments with Sheamus about banning the brogue kick were some of the worst promos/in-ring segments in the last several years.

Vickie Guerrero, it’s not even a debate for me. Vickie had a lot more memorable moments than the rest, and as far as on-screen put overs go, there isn’t a GM that put over more than her. Big Show, Edge, Chavo, Ziggler, Kelly Kelly, Michelle McCool, Layla, Beth Phoenix, Mickie James, Maria, Maryse, Bam Neely, Rey Mysterio, Alberto Del Rio, John Cena, Jeff Hardy, HHH, CM Punk (WHILE ECW Champion), Batista… the list is endless. Sure, some of those people were already over but the fact that she was involved in rivalries containing them, and made herself stay relevant just adds to her credibility. Come to think of it, I’d go as far to say that she’s the greatest GM in WWE History. She’s done a lot in so little for so many, and when she left she didn’t ask for much of a send off.
