Well for me, there’s two choices. Teddy Long vs. Vickie Guerrero and the reason it’s one of them is because of the length they had the job. I love Heyman, Stephanie and Kurt, but they didnt have the job long enough to make the impact that I thought Long and Guerrero made.
Long was a good face who was fair and did all the right things. However, the best GM in Smackdown history to me is Vickie Guerrero. She first started slow with the heat she got, but soon, the fans just wanted to see her get beat up and then she got MASSIVE heat just by saying two words….”Excuse me!” So i give it to her. However, if Heyman had the job longer, he would’ve won in a landslide as he knows how to create heat without having a catchphrase.
