The Storylines
The Shield defeated Big E Langston, Kofi Kingston and Rey Mysterio to kick off the action on WWE Raw. I was impressed with how much time they gave this match. You knew The Shield would win, but how would they win is the bigger question? Roman Reigns seems to be the one standing tall more often than not. This time, it was Dean Ambrose pinning Big E Langston after he blind tagged himself in. PERFECT! This is how you start to separate the three men. Ambrose and Reigns are beginning to upset the other, with Rollins being the middle man. Remember who the middle man was in the Legacy? Yes, it was Cody and not Ted. I am a believer in Rollins over Ambrose, even though I think both will succeed. It is just a personal choice of mine. Either way ,The Wyatt Family interrupts and basically teases coming out to fight. Wyatt's and Shield are both heel teams, right? Who should get the cheers? I feel like the music and intro of Wyatt's get a cheer, while the "Wrestling" goes to The Shield.
The Wyatt's Answer The Shield with a victory over Dolph Ziggler, R-Truth and Xavier Woods. I really don't know why I dislike Woods so much. He is a complete waste right now and looks so out of place in the 2014 WWE roster. Would he fit better 20 years ago? That is what he looks like, with the ridiculous afro and cheesy smile. I just cannot stand him. Hopefully, he will win me over with his ring work. I was a fan of his work in TNA, so maybe it is only a matter of time. Anyways, The Wyatt Family pick up a win and are interrupted by The Shield. Ambrose says they do not buy their supernatural talk and Reigns says they are in "The Shield's Yard." This was a great response and solidified The Shield (for the time being.) You can foreshadow the split, but there needs to be a slower pace with three weeks to fill. Bray does an incredible job laughing and pointing at them after. He sells the fact that NOTHING can scare him. He sells the feud with how he responds and reacts.
Score: 7/10… For this being the most interesting feud in WWE right now.
