AJ Styles wins the 20 Point Gauntlet Match in the Bound For Glory Series. The match started off extremely sloppy with Park, Hernandez, and Bradley in the ring. I was very impressed with Hernandez. At times, we feel like Hernandez is only strength and nothing more. He does have a quick pace along with his speed. I loved his shoulder block that seemed to knock Bradley out of his trunks. As more men came into the ring, the weak pieces were eliminated. Park, Bradley, Hernandez, and others were eliminated until we were down to Styles, Daniels, Aries, and Roode. Magnus was eliminated right before, as well as Hardy being tossed out by Roode. Jeff Hardy does not need this series to be important. His value to TNA is unquestioned and will not be changed by winning the series. Aries would be eliminated and Roode would be next, so it is down to Styles and Daniels. Man, this feud will never get boring or will ever be forgotten.
Styles picks up the win after about three minutes of fighting with Daniels. His passion for the company is intense. His dark character was really good and helped him add another dimension to his overall character. Even though he is back to being a face, you can see his enhancements inside and outside of the ring. The demeanor and personality he is showcasing on a week to week basis is hard to ignore. With this victory, Styles picks Aries to fight next week in the Semi-Finals. Roode will fight Magnus. Styles vs. Magnus needs to happen. The grizzled veteran needs to fight the rookie, the guy who they NEED to push. Magnus has the look and the ability to be great. This is the perfect opportunity for him.

Sting defeated Bully Ray in the main event of the night. The match was what you expected it to be. Ray used his size to ground a slower and weaker opponent. Bully slams Sting on the chair and starts barking words at Anderson on the outside. Bully hits Sting with the chair and rips apart the ring to expose the frame. Sting locks in a Scorpion Deathlock and the Aces and Eights attack. As you can tell, there is no disqualificaiton so both stables come out and fight. Main Event Mafia comes out and makes it even. The match continues and the ending sees Ray about to tap out. Anderson tries to throw the hammer in the ring, but throws it across the ring so Bully Ray could not reach it. Ray taps out and Sting is the winner. Anderson comes into the ring and taunts Bully for losing and tells him that HE is the one who will fight for the World Heavyweight Championship next week. It looks like Anderson may be out of Aces and Eights and turn to a face soon after. This is, what, the seventh turn of Anderson in the company? Make up your damn minds.
