Number 1: Ryback (Isenberg/Gorzelsky/Cash 1st Place, LaBar/Paglino 2nd Place)

It is hard to question how big of an Impact Ryback has made in such a short time. With his pure strength, his crowd reaction, his three words, and the injury to John Cena, there was no other guy to step into the main event picture against CM Punk than Ryback. Arguably the strongest force in the WWE, Ryback has kept himself at the top even with John Cena knocking at the door. This is extremely difficult to knock Cena from a feud, but Ryback has done that. Ever since WWE Hell in a Cell, Ryback has continued to dominate in matches, as well as getting younger talent over. With the interference of Brad Maddox and The Shield, Ryback has fell short of winning the WWE Championship. Does this really matter? Ryback is still facing CM Punk, and feel like Sheamus at the end of 2009, when he became champion by beating John Cena. Ryback would be champion right now if The Rock wasn’t slated to win it at Royal Rumble. The biggest impact of 2012 and the biggest breakthrough is Ryback. Feed Me More Ryback in 2013.
