Wrestlezone’s Top 10: WWE Champions Of All-Time

Number 2: Stone Cold Steve Austin

Stone Cold Steve Austin

Stone Cold was not just a champion, he was an Era. The Attitude Era started and basically ended with Austin. Beer trucks, middle fingers, attacking your boss, and harassing your employees became cool with Stone Cold. After his triumphant victory over Shawn Michaels in Wrestlemania 14, Stone Cold filled a void. He filled a void left by Hulk Hogan, and he crossed back into Mainstream. He made appearances in Hollywood, television shows, and even made connections with all types of people. Nobody can say that Stone Cold was not one of the best to lace up a pair of boots. He certainly was the key component in the WWE still being around today. There is nothing more that I can say besides Austin could easily be the best WWE Champion ever. This list is filled with Hall of Famers, and Austin is just about the best.
