Matt Hardy
One MORE Step Down
I was really hoping Matt Hardy would have taken the court-ordered rehab more serious. We don't know all the details, but failing a breathalyzer is failing a breathalyzer. It's not good at all.
I've known a lot of addicts in my life and one thing is for sure: if you're not ready, it's rarely going to work. I honestly never thought Matt Hardy was ready to genuinely turn his life around. I was hoping, however. He still seemed too concerned with posting YouTube videos and working the Internet when he made the announcement of going to rehab in the first place.
He's a celebrity so I get it. His entire life is open for the world to witness – even the bad. I think there needs to be a point, however, when you shut that world off until you find the help you need and complete the process. If you don't, it just becomes a distraction that prevents you from getting better.
I may not be the biggest fan of Matt Hardy there is, but I genuinely want him to do good in life, as a person. Let's hope this is simply a setback and not something more.

Nick was born and raised in Detroit, Michigan, and lived there until the age of 18, when he decided to pack his flack jacket and move to New York City.
