#3.) The crowd hijacks a world championship segment
It was December of 2013 and John Cena and Randy Orton were set to face off at TLC to unify the WWE and World Heavyweight Championships. The segment saw Triple H play host while Cena and Orton stood toe-to-toe in a ring filled with former world champions, including some legendary names such as Shawn Michaels and Bret Hart.
The crowd didn’t seem to care much about the segment except for the fact that Daniel Bryan was in the ring. They hijacked the segment and interrupted Triple H talking to chant “Daniel Bryan” and “Yes!” for minutes without a break. It was a moment that proved how wildly popular Bryan was at the time. Mark Henry ultimately raised Bryan’s hand and the crowd cheered, satisfied for the time being.
It was one of the many moments that led WWE to change their WrestleMania XXX plans.
