#1.) The ‘Bliss’ in her surname came by accident
Many superstars have names provided to them or come up with their own names. However, in a unique case, Alexa Bliss happened to get her last name by mistake! During her early days in developmental, Bliss and Scott Dawson paired up in promo classes, portraying themselves as a southern country couple.
She would use the catchphrase ‘bless your heart’ a lot, and due to the southern accent, it just so happened to sound like “Bliss”. Once it caught on, WWE decided to use it as her surname and that’s how Alexis Kaufman became Alexa Bliss!
