#1.) Brock Lesnar vs Goldberg – WrestleMania 20
There was only going to be one option on this list. When Goldberg and Brock Lesnar faced off in 2004, it was supposed to be a big dream match between two top stars. After both lost their World Championships, they would eventually go head-to-head at WrestleMania. Except, there was one major problem. Fans knew that both of them would be leaving after WrestleMania 20.
Knowing it was their last match, fans destroyed them with verbal abuses throughout the match. Goldberg and Lesnar themselves made it seem as though they just wanted to get out of there. Goldberg won in an absolute flop match. Thankfully, they would redeem themselves 13 years later at WrestleMania 33.
It was only a 5-minute match but it was the perfect example of how you can make a short match an absolute spectacle. Their third attempt against each other was an absolute hit.
