#2.) To have fresh new crossover invasion angles
Invasion angles are always a part of Survivor Series but there isn’t much else WWE could have done this year that they already haven’t. Adding NXT to the mix means that there is a lot more potential for invasion angles on all three shows. NXT was “forced” to invade SmackDown first simply due to the issues in Saudi Arabia, but now that first blood has been drawn, it opens the gates to a lot more chaos and excitement!
