#4.) Seth Rollins vs Finn Balor – SummerSlam 2016
This match made to crown the inaugural Universal Champion as the young upstart and still-new Finn Balor would compete for a world title within a month of his debut on the main roster. Naturally, there was a lot of anticipation because nobody expected Balor to get pushed to the top as quickly as he did.
This match will definitely go down as one of the most underrated SummerSlam matches in recent history and it was only eclipsed by the fact that the crowd was constantly making derogatory chants against the Universal title because it didn’t look good. The Demon King Finn Balor shined in his debut despite dislocating his shoulder and became the first Universal Champion – only to vacate it one night later.
