This one should come as no surprise. The reason Dolph Ziggler was dubbed as the next Shawn Michaels is that he made no effort in concealing the fact that he took a lot of offense from him. His entire style seems to be similar to that of the WWE Hall of Famer and his use of the superkick only cements it.
Michaels roasted Ziggler on an episode of SmackDown in 2019, stating that no matter how hard he worked, he would always be known as a “Second-rate Shawn Michaels wannabe”.
