#1.) Completely reorganizing the creative structure
There have been very heavy rumors about a creative disarray in WWE and a lack of organization within the team and overall low morale. From having two different creative teams, they were unified into one, with around 30 or 31 creative writers sitting together for both shows. It’s very clear that the team needs a huge structural change and these hires may have been WWE fully acknowledging that there is a clear problem.
With Heyman and Bischoff in charge, we can very likely expect a huge creative overhaul and restructuring.
