#2.) Baron Corbin needs to step away from the Universal title picture
While we do admit that Lacey Evans as the special guest referee was a good twist, the match didn’t help Corbin one bit. He was verbally abused by the crowd throughout the match and not even the kind of chants that a heel would get. While he has proved to be a top-caliber performer in the past, he’s simply not ready to compete in PPV main events for the World title.
Chris Jericho was spot on in saying that Samoa Joe should be competing up the card, while Corbin should be a few notches lower.
