Assuming that Jericho vs Hangman Page happens, it seems like a no-brainer that Jericho would be the first to hold the World Championship. Sure, Hangman Page winning would be unpredictable and he is a future World Champion in our opinion, but if AEW wants to grab the headlines, then putting the title on a legend like Jericho seems to be the obvious choice.
Since Moxley seems to be working other independent shows and even NJPW as well, he would make for a great first title challenger for Chris Jericho. Imagine the two renewing their feud after over three years and going at it for another promotion’s world title. Surreal.
