#3.) Protecting Becky Lynch
Becky Lynch wasn’t really expected to walk out with both championships. The odds stacked against her, she convincingly beat Lacey Evans before realizing that she had a match against Charlotte Flair immediately after. She even technically won had it not been a referee botch, but that was the story of the night.
Thanks to Lacey Evans’ distraction, Charlotte Flair was able to beat The Man. The Queen‘s reign was short-lived for the third time in a row, as Bayley came out to make the save before cashing in her Money in the Bank briefcase. WWE made Becky Lynch look strong even in defeat.
