We have no idea how long Ronda Rousey is going to stick around in WWE, and knowing that there’s limited time, WWE likely wanted to explore as many options as possible with her. Rousey still has a very good heel run left in her, even if she discontinues after WrestleMania.
One of the biggest things about Rousey is that there’s still so much untapped potential that may never be realized. That’s why we can’t really blame WWE for rushing a heel turn, though this didn’t really feel rushed.
