There are rumors going about that Ronda Rousey will be calling it quits in WWE sometime in 2019, mostly after WrestleMania 35. This would be interesting and shocking at the same time because Rousey has been one of the most natural WWE superstars in the ring since Charlotte Flair.
There are few superstars who can pick it up as fast as they did, and Rousey joins an elite list. Sure, there’s a long way to go for her to complete herself as a performer, but certain things can’t be helped. Perhaps the biggest shame of it all, if it does happen, is that she has so much untapped potential.
However, it’s just a rumor as of now, but it’s still a major possibility, given that Rousey has been very vocal of her desire to start a family with her husband Travis Browne. From the look of it, WWE is aware of this and it was likely part of their deal as well. Rousey created a big impact in her first year, helping further elevate the status of women in WWE.
