#1.) He was hesitant to join the Bullet Club
When offered to join the Bullet Club (which was yet to be formed at the time), Karl Anderson admitted that he was initially very hesitant to join the stable. He was receiving a big babyface push at the time and was in a high-profile match-up with Hiroshi Tanahashi at Wrestling Dontaku 2013.
It was after this match that Anderson turned heel and joined Prince Devitt (Finn Balor) and joined the Bullet Club. It turned out to be the best decision of his career as The Bullet Club took off and became a huge hit, making him a much bigger deal.
