#2.) vs Kazuchika Okada – G1 Climax 24
It was the G1 Climax finals in 2014 and the two leaders of CHAOS – Okada and Nakamura faced off in a dream match. They had faced off once before in 2012, but this was when Okada was a younger and less mature performer. In 2014, he had risen to the cream of the crop and the two were set for an eagerly-anticipated showdown at the G1 Climax finals.
What ensued was an instant classic, with Nakamura and Okada having an all-out war. Their alliance didn’t make them hold anything back and the two had to dig down deep to show who really wanted it more. Okada wound up proving himself better on the night, defeating Nakamura and going on to secure his spot at the Tokyo Dome main event.
