#4.) Royal Rumble 2012
Few realized it, but in late 2011, Sheamus was on the hottest win-streak in the company. He had picked up back to back wins and this set him up for a prime spot at the Royal Rumble 2012. He entered at #22 and would go through a flurry of superstars, last overcoming Chris Jericho to win the Royal Rumble.
It was an accomplishment that not many expected he would have. Fans were under the assumption that Chris Jericho would win, knowing that he was bound to clash with CM Punk at WrestleMania 28. Sheamus, however, was victorious and set up a date with Daniel Bryan at the grandest stage of them all, with the World Heavyweight title on the line.
