Who Does Brock Lesnar Want To Fight In UFC?

According to Dave Meltzer of Wrestling Observer Radio, Brock Lesnar does indeed have a preference for who he would like to fight if he returns to the UFC:

“Brock [Lesnar] has been offered the winner [Daniel Cormier vs Stipe Miocic] for the championship; but, the fight Brock wants is Jon Jones.”

Lesnar’s reported quest to fight Jones may prove difficult, as Jones is currently out of the UFC after a second steroid violation.

‘Next John Cena’ Recruited By UFC & WWE

Mansfield News Journal reported on Daniel Cormier’s MMA training partner Jacob Kasper. Kasper was a star amateur wrestler coming out of Duke and has been recruited by both the UFC and WWE. WWE Hall of Famer Gerald Brisco even compared Kasper to a young John Cena,

“I don’t recruit a prospect unless I think the person has the potential to main event WrestleMania. In my nearly 50 years in the wrestling business, I have seen only a few wrestlers who have such powerful personalities that when they come into a room, everyone there knows that person has arrived. Jacob Kasper has that type of personality, and he reminds me in many ways of a young John Cena.”

What does Kasper think of the John Cena comparison? Kasper was humble in his response,

“He certainly has the track record of someone you’d want to be. He’s great with charitable causes and his platform to help the underprivileged. But I don’t want to be John Cena. I want to be Jacob Kasper and make my own impact.”

Kasper’s ultimate goal is far from modest; however, as he hopes to hold both a UFC Championship and WWE Championship simultaneously.
