WWE have filed for a trademark for the Dr. Shelby character. Dr. Shelby returned to WWE earlier this week on RAW to counsel Sasha Banks and Bayley. Shelby first appeared in WWE in 2012 after being hired by AJ Lee as Daniel Bryan and Kane’s therapist.
WWE filing a trademark for Dr. Shelby could mean that he will make future appearances.
